Shipping Policy

Here you'll be asked to enter and/or verify ship-to and bill-to information. The drop-down box in the Address Book will contain your existing shipping and billing addresses. Select an existing address or add a new one. When completed, click the Submit Button. The next screen will ask you to select the Shipping Method. Select the Shipping Method of your choice. This screen will also allow you to enter a Coupon Code if you have one. Once completed, click the Submit Button. Your order does not include the shipping charges. Once the shipping charges have been determined a second invoice/charge will be applied to your order

Return & Exchange Policy

All returns must be authorized and made within 90 days of receipt of merchandise. If authorized, the merchandise must be in resalable condition, in the original packaging, without price tags, stickers, or any other markings. All returns must be current RMS stock items. Collectibles, including bobble head dolls and Sports Collectibles, are not returnable. Credits will be issued at the discretion of RMS, and may be subject to a restocking charge.
